We offer group sessions. Group session classes are designed to include all fitness levels from beginners to advanced as we tailor each class to work your body from top to bottom. Our instructors have years of experience and expertise who can adapt to anyone's needs, whether you are arriving with high octane enthusiasm or rock bottom motivation, an injury, pregnant or just had a baby.
U-Shape group sessions are brilliant. I started attending a little over six years ago as a complement to my 20+ mile per week running routine. The sessions provide the perfect blend of cardio, strength, and flexibility exercises and are easily adapted to match your ability so you are always challenged. The trainers are wonderful and the group atmosphere is one of support, encouragement and fun. These sessions have helped improve my overall fitness in ways running alone could never achieve.
