How to get started?

First, contact us to set up a free private consultation. In this meeting we will discuss where you’re at—how have health considerations and fitness featured in your life thus far? Tell us what has motivated you to get a personal trainer, what you hope to achieve and what your particular needs are (i.e. medical considerations, past injuries, problem areas). From there we will match you with the trainer that best suits your health and fitness needs.

At your first session, you can expect an initial fitness assessment. Following that you will receive nutritional counselling and a plan for exercise programs to help strengthen, tone and build stamina between training sessions.

We recommend a minimum of five sessions to get started on your U-shape action plan.

Testimonial

"Nadya has this way about her that keeps you motivated. When I decided to run the London Marathon 2010, she made me feel like it was the easiest thing to do. She was there every step of the way to make sure I was ready, and I could not have done it without her encouragement and laughter."
