U-Shape outdoor personal training is a fantastic way to look after my body. The trainers are knowledgeable, supportive and really keen to help me achieve my goals with flexible personalised training programmes which can be adapted to my needs. I have tried indoor gyms in the past and they didn’t suit me, but the outdoor dimension the U-Shape offers makes training feel so much more enjoyable and natural, and it’s great to be out in the fresh air - no matter what the weather throws at you it’s all part of the fitness experience. Give them a go and see how much better you feel!
