Planning a wedding is insanely stressful… U-Shape’s personal trainers want to help ease some of that pressure. For many brides and grooms it is the one chance to get all of your favourite friends and family together for a day to remember. There is the added pressure of knowing you will be photographed more than you ever have been, and wanting to look and feel your best. Our pre-wedding packages are designed to offer the bride or groom plenty of support to get their body and mind ready for the big event. You commit 100% to working towards your ultimate goal, and we will get you there.
THE BASIC PRE-WEDDING PACKAGE
This basic package focuses on toning, weight loss, posture, weekly nutritional advice and support, sleep and stress management. Initial consultation is free.
The Works = the full 12 weeks, 3 sessions per week
The Countdown = 4 sessions per week for 8 weeks.
The Last Hurrah = 20 prepaid sessions.
*It is important to remember that with any of these packages you can combine personal training with yoga, pilates, and running training.

PACKAGE A: REVIVE AND DETOX
Two one hour personal training sessions per week for 12 weeks, a slimming treatment course for 3 weeks, facial, manicure, pedicure, eyelash tint, eyebrow shape, and waxing (full leg, bikini, underarm)
PACKAGE B: LUXURY
Two one hour personal training sessions per week for 12 weeks, facial, manicure, pedicure, eyelash tint, eyebrow shape, and waxing (full leg, bikini, underarm)
PACKAGE C: BASIC
Two one hour personal training sessions per week for 12 weeks, facial or massage, manicure, and pedicure.

First, contact us to set up a free private consultation. In this meeting we will discuss where you’re at—how have health considerations and fitness featured in your life thus far? Tell us what has motivated you to get a personal trainer, what you hope to achieve and what your particular needs are (i.e. medical considerations, past injuries, problem areas). From there we will match you with the trainer that best suits your health and fitness needs
