Training for Menopause

Are you looking for a professional menopause trainer?  Look no further as we have two fully certified trainers to help guide you through this roller coaster ride of life.  Whether you are just starting peri menopause or beyond we are here to support you, guide you and perhaps even educate you on the changes within your body and the best exercise and movement plans to keep you strong both physically and mentally.  Every woman will have a different experience but research shows again and again that the magic of movement and the benefits of strength training really do make a difference.

We are currently running a strength based class on zoom every Wednesday 8:45-9:30am. You will need your own decent non slip mat and a variety of weights at home for this.

We also have space for PT sessions both in Tooting and Clapham for 1:1 up to 3:1.  So bring your friends and train together.
